The [Saio] SC-Mill is a new type of grinding mill in which the directions of the rotors¡Ç centrifugal forces are aligned when the slurry flows.
This has solved the problems inherent with conventional media-type grinding mills. The centrifugal forces smoothly move the slurry toward the separator that has been attached to the outer circumference of the rotors.
The slurry is also evenly dispersed even when small-diameter media is being used, and this minimizes the build-up of local heat on the grinder to provide stable levels of large-quantity circulation.
