Heavy Calcium Carbonate Grinding Mill
This performs batch circulatory grinding with the use of a large-capacity circulatory SC mill as the grinding mill.
The feature of this mill is that the amount of media used is extremely small, which minimizes energy loss and enables highly efficient grinding.
Also, the media hardly wear, which produce stable products with sharp particle diameters.
Maintenance is also easy as only a small amount of media are used, which improves operability.

Features of the New Process

We have succeeded in developing a high-efficiency, energy-saving system that selects the appropriate grinding mill in accordance with each individual process.
The new system has improved dynamic source units.

The system enables facility running costs to be drastically reduced owing to little friction. In particular, conventional pulverizing mills require the balls to be replenished several times per day, but there is no need for operator intervention during continual operations with the new system, which drastically cuts down on labor costs.

The productivity of each of our pulverizing units is large, which enables the number of units in operation to be reduced, which cuts down on initial facility costs.

Particles with a diameter of d=75μm can be ground down to between d=35 to 45μm when generating slurry and coarse particles, and there is very little cause for anxiety over sealing the pipeline owing to particle sedimentation.

Less media is required by the pulverizing mills in comparison to those supplied by other manufacturers, which means that only small amounts of water is required for cleaning, resulting in very little waste water.
