We can recommend a wide range of equipment and production machinery made mainly of FRP with superior levels of corrosion resistance, durability, heat resistance and weather resistance.

1. Can be used for a wide range of applications.
Each series is standardized over a wide range to provide extremely economic and swift processing without individual designs.
2. Highly efficient and low-noise alary blade shapes
FRP absorbs high-frequencies and is known as a material for effectively reducing inherent noise, and in addition to this, the alary shape of a cross-section of rear-facing blades eradicates the wasteful energy loss that causes noises such as gas accumulation and vortex generation, etc.
This represents the most efficient and low-noise fans out of all centrifugal fans.
3. Limit load features
Novalite Turbo Fans are equipped with a limit load feature to ensure that dynamic power exceeding a certain level is not consumed even when the fans are operated at full speed.
4. Superior levels of corrosion resistance
The areas that come into direct contact with corrosive gases in all of the fans are made of an FRP structure with superior levels of corrosion resistance, so there is no fear of corrosion-related trouble.
5. Light and tough
With a specific gravity that is 1/5th lighter than iron, the fans have a similar strength to metal and will have no trouble standing up to hard operations over long periods of time.
6. Maintenance-free
Conventional lining and coating fans are susceptible to corrosion owing to pin-holes forming on the iron areas, and this required immediate maintenance.
However, Novalite Turbo Fans are extremely resistant to external corrosion, and the time needed to coat them is not necessary.
7. Superior levels of heat resistance and weather resistance
Novalite Turbo Fans use large quantities of gas at temperatures up to 80 degrees Celsius, so they are guaranteed to have excellent levels of heat resistance.
They can also be used for long periods of time without the cracks and crevices that appear on PVC materials owing to ultraviolet rays and oxygen.
8. Extended life-span for the bearings and motors
The weight of the blade wheels is half of that of iron. This prevents GD2 being forced upon the small bearings, and enables stable operations.
9. Useful ducts
Each series is standardized with six outlet directions, so equipment layout is extremely easy and there is no problem over selecting installation sites.
The fans are also supplied with dampers and other accessories, which are made of an FRP structure.
10. Installation, operations and maintenance
