The high-speed rotation of the blades in Mitsui FM mixers creates powerful mixing forces.
Rotational forces are applied to the material inside the mixing tank (particles, slurry solution, etc.) with the lower blades to move it in an upward direction.
The upper blades then create powerful shearing forces. Differences in these shearing forces enable the material to be dispersed and mixed in extremely short periods of time.
