The Turbo Classifier was developed by Nisshin Engineering Inc. for Nisshin Flour Milling Inc. for the purpose of processing particles.
It had achieved good results over a period of twenty years until it finally went on sale, and therefore represents a classifier with revolutionary classification configurations that cater to the severe demands of users and that cannot be seen in the many other classifiers already on the market.
 
Toner
The Turbo Classifier does not only support fixed levels of quality, but also supports every occasion in accordance with ever-changing market requirements. Just one of these machine provides the particle diameters demanded for toner and similar substances, as well as variable particle sizes that change all the time depending on conditions.
Metallic Particles

C PVC
The TC-100II achieved 2,000kg/hr with highly-adhesive PVC.
 
Grinding Mill Dry-type mills, wet-type mills, bead mills, media-less mills, coarse grinding mills, pulverizing mills. Can be used with all types of particles.
Particle Conveyance For customers having trouble conveying particles owing to difficulties with wearing and adhesion, etc.
Oscillating Sieve An oscillating sieve with superior cost-performance using ultrasonic wave oscillations in accordance with particle size.
Bug Filter A superior bug filter that will improve the atmosphere, operability and safety levels of production lines.
Small Sized Briquetting Machine A briquetting machine that is far more compact than conventional models (granulating machine). Can be used for handling and recycling particles.
Chiller Unit A chiller that can be used for a wide range of applications. Despite its compact casing, it caters to all needs with low temperatures of -60 degrees Celsius.
Other Classifiers (1) Eddy Classifier
Classification Point: 70 to approximately 300¦Ìm. The optimal classifier for handling materials that cannot be sifted with a oscillating sieve owing to adhesive properties and that require large-scale processing capacities.
(2) Aerofine Classifier
The latest type of classifier with no rotary drum. Please feel free to contact us with any inquiries of the testing. This classifier has a classification point within an extremely fine area for lightweight specific gravity particles (0.5 to 10¦Ìm) and incredibly high levels of classification accuracy, which enables unprecedented classifications to be carried out in the finest areas.
