Pre-compound Mixer
Evenly mixes multiple materials within a short period of time.
Can be used manually or automatically, and as a dryer or moisturizer.
(2) Feeder
Feeds materials with difficult-to-handle particles accurately and in predetermined amounts.
(3) Extruder (Twin-screw)
An important item of machinery that affects the color and irregularity of toner.
The screw structure is multi-variable to cater to all needs.
(4) Refrigerated Conveyor
Instantly cools the product as it emerges from the extruder and conveys it along with flattening with rollers.
(5) Coarse Grinding Mill
The chilled material is coarse-ground into flakes to enable it to be fed into the pulverizing mill.
Although this may appear to be a simple process, it is extremely important as it affects the performance of the pulverizing mill in the next process.
(6) Pulverizing Mill
Material with a size of several millimeters is dried down to a single micron size so that it can be ground. Operating this with a classifier provides even great levels of efficiency.

(7) Classifier (material→coarse classification→fine classification→end product)
Classifies the material that has been ground in the pulverizing mill.
Coarse particles can be returned to the grinding mill and re-ground.
This also eradicates over-ground particles that cannot be used in products. Provides sharp granule distribution that cannot be found anywhere else.
(8) Additive Process (Mixer)
The blades are rotated much faster than the pre-compounding process to ensure that the additive coats each individual particle evenly.
A mixer that can be used with special specifications.
(9) Sifter
A sifter that must be carried out before the product can be extracted from the production line.
This can be used for a wide range of products, from special oscillating motors through to ultrasonic generators.
